I. Shipping & Delivery

Our order processing time usually takes 1–2 business days from when you complete your purchase. After processing, domestic shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your geographic location. During peak periods such as holidays or major promotions, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume.

Currently, we do not offer expedited (express) shipping. However, we understand the need for faster delivery and are actively researching and preparing to launch this service in the near future. Once available, you will have more shipping options to choose from based on your needs and preferences for faster delivery. We apply a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic orders within the U.S., regardless of order value. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Yes, you can easily track your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Using this number, you can visit our website's Track Your Order page to check the shipping status and estimated delivery time. If you do not receive the tracking email or have any questions regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for prompt assistance.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please first check your Spam or Promotions folders, as automated emails sometimes get filtered there. If after checking you still cannot find the confirmation email, please contact our customer support team directly at [email protected] so we can verify and confirm your order status for you.

II. Return & Refund

Yes, you can return or exchange items within 32 days from the date you receive your order. We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases: the product is defective due to manufacturing issues, you received the wrong item, an item is missing, or the product does not match the description on our website. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Not used or washed
  • Free from dirt, damage, or deformation caused by the customer

Any items that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected. We always strive to offer quick and flexible support to ensure a great experience for our customers.

You will be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • The item is damaged or lost during shipping.
  • The product has technical or manufacturing defects.
  • You received the wrong product, wrong variation, or items are missing.
  • The item does not match the description on our website.

We do not issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind after receiving the product.
  • You no longer need the product but there is no fault with it.
  • Submitting the request 32 days after the date of receipt.

This policy helps us maintain fairness for both customers and sellers, while ensuring consistent service quality.

If the issue with your order is due to our fault, you do not need to return the item. We will process your refund without requiring you to send the product back or pay any return shipping fees.

Once you submit your refund request and we verify all the necessary details (including images and a description of the issue), the refund will be processed within 24 business hours.

The time it takes to receive your refund depends on your original payment method:

PayPal: 1–3 business days

Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days

We offer our quilt sets, comforter sets, and duvet cover sets in one standard size: Full/Queen. Exact measurements may vary slightly between different products. We recommend carefully reading the product description on each item to ensure it fits your bed properly.

All of our products are designed to be easy to clean and maintain. You can machine wash them on a gentle cycle using cold or warm water, following the care instructions on the label or in the product description. Avoid using harsh detergents to preserve the color and fabric quality. We recommend air-drying or tumble drying on low heat to prevent shrinkage or damage. Proper care will keep your items looking fresh and lasting longer.
