Customers have 32 days from the date of delivery to submit a refund or exchange request if the issue is determined to be our fault.

- Wrong item received or missing items from the original order.
- Product does not match the description on our website.
Please note:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and show no signs of damage from the customer.
Refunds/exchanges are not applicable in the following cases:
- Customer changes their mind after receiving the item.
- The customer no longer needs the product.
- Request is submitted after 32 days from the date of delivery.
2. How to Submit a Refund Request

- Clear photos or videos showing the product's condition.
We do not require the return of defective products, so there are no return shipping costs.
Verification is based on the images and information provided. We may contact you to request additional information to facilitate the verification process.
3. Processing Time & Refund Method
Once your request is verified, the refund process will begin within 24 business hours.
Actual refund times depend on your payment method:
- PayPal: 1–3 business days
- Credit/Debit card: 5–7 business days

4. Replacement Product Shipment
If you prefer to receive a replacement instead of a refund, we are happy to send a new product of the same type free of charge.
Conditions:
- The issue must be clearly verified via image/video.
- No need to return the defective item.
- Processing and shipping time: 2–3 business days after verification.
